These terms govern your use of thomasrweaver.com ("the site"). By using the site you accept these terms.

Use of the site

You may use the site for personal, non-commercial reading and for participating in Wisdom Worlds as a Citizen. You may not use the site to:

• break the law or infringe someone else's rights;
• upload or send content that is harassing, abusive, or otherwise harmful;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, other users' accounts, or its underlying infrastructure;
• scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content other than as permitted by our public robots.txt and indexing rules;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

Accounts

If you create a Wisdom Citizen account, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Notify us at author@thomasrweaver.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these terms.

Content and intellectual property

The novels Artificial Wisdom and Infinite Wisdom, and all other writing, world-building, and creative material published on the site, are copyright Thomas R. Weaver and/or his publishers. Excerpts shown on the site are provided for reading and discussion. You may not republish, redistribute, or use them for derivative work without written permission.

Any content you submit through the contact form or comparable channels may be used by the site owner to respond to you and, in anonymised form, to improve the site.

Third-party services

The site uses Supabase for authentication, Netlify for hosting, and (optionally) Google for sign-in. Your use of those services is also subject to their respective terms.

No warranties

The site is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it available and accurate, but we don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the site owner is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be flagged on this page with an updated date at the top.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
